IMPORTANT UPDATES
The Philanthropy Center will be closed for renovations from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

Our space in the heart of downtown Spokane is open to all and available to local nonprofits at no charge.
At Waters Meet Foundation, our name — and our work — reflects a deep belief in the power of coming together. Just as a creek, feeds a stream, and stream swells as it joins a river, we believe meaningful change happens when people, ideas, and experiences meet in shared purpose.

Event Center FAQs
Where do I park?
There is street parking along Riverside and Main with meters that range from 2-hour parking to all-day parking. A Diamond Parking lot is located behind the building on Main that offers all-day parking. Additional parking options are outlined in the Philanthropy Center Parking Options.
Do you offer catering?
While we don’t offer onsite catering, we frequently work with local caterers and we’re happy to offer recommendations. We can also work with the caterer of your choosing in order to make sure food gets brought in and set-up on time.
Can we supply our own food?
Yes, you can supply your own food and beverages for your event. We do not offer table service as we do not have staff employed for this purpose, but we do have an island in the kitchen that is great to use as a buffet style table.
Do I have to pay to reserve a room?
For all local non-profits serving the community of Spokane and surrounding areas, there is no charge for reserving a room at the Philanthropy Center. All Civil, Municipal, 501(c)4, 501(c)6, and for-profit groups are subject to our current room rates. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the event coordinator.
What happens if I reserve a room and then realize I no longer need it?
In the event of a cancellation, please notify the event coordinator as soon as possible.
How far in advance do I need to request to reserve a room?
Rooms need to be reserved at least two weeks in advance, and no earlier than 365 days prior to your event. Some exceptions may be made at the discretion of the event coordinator.
